Please read this page before using Violet’s website or choosing a support tier. It explains what the project is, what is currently offered, and the limits of the information and services here.
Her appearance and voice are synthetic. Character dialogue may be generated or automated. Violet is not a real person, and interactions do not represent a personal or romantic relationship with a human.
1. About the project and its content
Project Violet is an independently operated creative entertainment project focused on horror gaming, original shorts and related updates. Character scenes, reactions and dialogue may be scripted, generated, edited or prerecorded. A character’s statements are part of an entertainment performance and should not be taken as factual testimony about a real person’s experiences.
Videos and previews are recorded unless clearly identified otherwise. An image or video of Violet does not, by itself, establish live interaction, autonomous control of a game, or real-time gameplay. Do not interpret promotional artwork as proof of an unannounced feature.
2. Adults only and content boundaries
This site and its community are intended for adults aged 18 or older, or the higher age required where you live. Horror-game content may include frightening scenes, violence, strong language and flashing imagery. Use your judgment before watching.
The project does not offer nudity, paid promises of nudity, dates, real-world meetings, romantic relationships or personal access to Violet. Do not use the service to target minors, harass others or request unlawful content.
3. Current availability
The website offers recorded shorts, public Patreon posts and scheduled game nights with recorded gameplay and Violet’s AI commentary. Violet does not control the game. Viewing is free, with limited spaces per showing. An active paid Patreon membership is required for chat. Showings and chat may be interrupted; membership does not guarantee future features or uninterrupted access.
Content and availability may change or be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular posting frequency, a specific game, a release date or compatibility with every device.
4. Patreon support and billing
Monthly memberships in US dollars: Violet Supporter $5 (10 messages/day), Purple Circle $10 (25/day), Violet Champion $20 (60/day) and Violet VIP $35 (100/day). Each includes creator updates and support for the project. Public shorts remain free. Allowances reset at midnight UTC with no rollover. Verified upgrades retain that day’s usage; paying extra without changing tiers does not increase access.
Paid tiers include AI chat on this site within the daily limits described below. During a showing, spoken replies are heard by everyone watching. Membership does not include exclusive videos, private sessions or guaranteed replies beyond available capacity. Before joining, review the current benefits, recurring billing schedule, total charge, taxes and cancellation options shown by Patreon. Patreon handles its checkout and membership management; the Violet website does not collect payment-card details.
Manage cancellations, payment questions and refund requests through Patreon and its applicable policies. Nothing here imposes a blanket no-refund rule or limits rights you may have under applicable law. Contributions are not represented as charitable donations or tax-deductible gifts.
5. AI output and general information
AI-generated dialogue, captions and other information can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate despite safeguards. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional advice. Game commentary and entertainment content are not safety instructions. Verify important information independently.
6. Privacy and external services
Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, device information and error logs to operate and secure the service. Contacting the project by email shares the information you send with the operator and its email provider. Avoid sending passwords, card details or sensitive personal information.
External links lead to services such as Patreon and YouTube, which have their own terms, privacy practices and account requirements. Fonts on the homepage are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information associated with those requests. The YouTube player connects to YouTube when you press play; YouTube then receives connection and playback information under its own privacy practices. Only public Patreon posts appear on the homepage; paid posts and member details are not included. The game room offers Patreon sign-in to verify membership for AI text chat.

Violet’s game room offers scheduled group showings and paid-member AI chat. When no showing is available, the room displays its waiting or away state; paid text chat can remain available within its limits. A verified active paid Violet Patreon membership of at least $5/month is required for chat. Your active tier determines the daily allowance of 10, 25, 60 or 100 submitted messages. Moderation, a short cooldown and service availability apply. During showings, messages wait their turn in a queue, with one pending message per fan. Messages cancelled before answering use no allowance, and failed showing replies return their allowance. Rejected inputs are not sent to the AI. Outside showings, an attempted text reply may still use a message if a service error occurs. There are no separate message packs. It does not include private video sessions, voice calls, autonomous gameplay or unlimited replies. Group showings follow the published schedule and have limited viewer capacity. Membership payments, cancellation and refunds are handled on Patreon. Chat is automated entertainment; no personal relationship or human interaction is promised.
7. Ownership, game footage and trademarks
Project names, original branding and original content are controlled by their respective rights holders, subject to applicable law and the rights that can exist in AI-assisted material. Game footage, game names, music, platform names and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation.
You may view the site and share links for personal use. This does not grant permission to copy, resell, impersonate the project, remove disclosures, or reuse third-party material without the relevant rights. Legal exceptions and permissions granted by a rights holder still apply. Contact the project with the specific URL and details if you believe content infringes your rights.
8. Community conduct and site security
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative or infringing material, impersonate another person, expose private information, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access. Access to optional interactive features may be limited or suspended to address misuse, security issues or platform requirements. Do not assume a message will remain private if you post it publicly on an external platform.
9. Advertising and endorsements
A link or mention is not a claim of sponsorship. If content includes a paid promotion, sponsorship or affiliate arrangement, the relevant material should identify that connection where viewers encounter it. A character’s opinion or recommendation is entertainment content, not an independent human testimonial or a guarantee of results.
10. Site information and limitations
We make reasonable efforts to describe the project accurately, but the site and content are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every page or output is accurate, secure, error-free or continuously available. Third-party platforms operate independently, and their availability or decisions are outside this project’s control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on entertainment content, third-party services or service interruptions. Your statutory rights are not excluded. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, or overrides mandatory consumer protections.
11. Updates
We may update this notice as the project changes and will revise the date above. Review the version relevant to your use. A future change does not remove rights or benefits already owed under applicable law or an existing transaction.
